Due the content of essential oils this black soap is not to be used on face.However our soap is mild enough to be used in Hair as a Shampoo.

Made in small batches, west African black soap is made from the ash of local fruits like , plantain, cocoa pods and Shea nuts. Amazingly abundant in natural saponin once turned into ash and mixed with natural oils , it has been used as soap across Africa for centuries.
