The Routine:

Scoop 1-2 tsp herbal blend into 1-2 cups boiling water allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Allow temperature to become tolerable .

Drape a towel over your head, with eyes closed lean over the steaming herbs about 10 inches from the edge of the pot. Relax and breathe deeply for 10 minutes.

Facial steam It's perfect to use before exfoliation or applying a face mask.
